N.E.R.D Projects is what we call a "creative" remodeling company.  Our work is a reflection of us, as well as YOU the client.  The client challenge us as a team to find solutions to their renovation needs, which is the main focus for any given project.  

The Company--the acronym N.E.R.D stands for New Era Remodeling Design.  It was created while the owner studied architecture in college.  Kern Grimshaw always dreamed of owning his own construction company.  It would be his way of combining learnt skills from working with veteran builders, as well as architectural theory; to create a new era of remodeling.  N.E.R.D Projects is his platform to showcase his understanding and knowledge of constuction, building, and design. 

Team--the team consists of workers who have over 50 years of experience in the construction and design field.  Kern Grimshaw Certified General Contractror, and the owner of N.E.R.D projects has an architectural degree in which he utilizes his design and creativity skills within the company.

Client Satisfaction--one of our main goals is continuous satisfaction for the client after the projects has been completed.  Building with craftsmanship is our way of achieving this.

Renovation/Building--interior remodeling and finishing is a major part for our work.  From space planning, architectural design, custom carpentry, wall finishing, flooring, kitchens and baths.  We are experienced in all aspects of interior work from demo to final production.
