His workmanship, honesty, and dedication are impeccable. I give him an idea of what I want and he comes up with the design and is also mindful of your budget. My home has Kern’s signature all over it and I get so much compliments of how beautiful it is. He do not cut corners, so you never have to worry about having future problems with a finished job. “In the Spring/Summer of 2020 I contracted with New Era Remodel and Design for a whole house renovation/redesign in Beacon New York. The kitchen and bathroom were full gut and redesign projects and could not be happier with the results. The living/dining room were partially gutted and the layout adjusted, new wood floors, sheet rock ceiling, plaster patching and skim coat the walls to tie it together everything looks seamless. 3 bedrooms, hallway and staircase all skim coated painted as well as wood floors sanded, stained and sealed. New doors front and back, resized and installed 2 awning windows in the kitchen, new attic hatch with pull down ladder. It was a big job with a lot of moving parts but Kern and Keisheon had everything under control. Excellent craftsman, great problem solvers and all around good guys. They under promise and over deliver I would highly recommend them to family and friends.
